Pruebas de sensibilidad alimentaria
Food Sensitivities play a role in many common health conditions. Chronic health complaints such as digestive problems, headaches, joint and muscle pain, and fatigue are all symptoms that can be caused by our immune system’s reaction to foods, additives, or other substances in our diets. Figuring out our sensitivities can be difficult. The reactions may be delayed or dose-dependent, meaning we may not feel the effects of a reaction until many hours or days after we’ve eaten the reactive foods.
Have you considered the following:
- Is it possible that your healthy diet of superfoods could actually be a source of your weight gain?
- If you are following all of the nutritional “do’s” and “don’ts”, why do you still struggle?
- If you’ve tried all the latest medications, why do you feel worse than before?
Food sensitivity symptoms are often chronic because the mediators that make us feel sick are released every time you eat your reactive foods. And the impact may be dose-dependent or interact when two trigger foods are eaten together. To make things worse, some reactions occur 72-hours after ingestion which makes determining trends or patterns difficult.

Food Sensitivities Trigger Inflammation
Tens of millions of Americans suffer from food sensitivities. Many know that sometimes foods seem to cause symptoms, but they haven’t been able to figure out their reactive foods, so they keep on suffering. Conditions such as:
IBS

Fibromyalgia

Gastritis

Migraines
Migraines can be debilitating. Learning your food triggers can help prevent even the most severe migraine headache symptoms.
Eczema
An inflammatory condition of the skin associated with rash, itchiness, severely dry skin, and sometimes bleeding of the skin.
Chronic Bloating
If you have a pretty healthy diet and still suffer from bloating, consider learning your food sensitivities to heal your gut.
