Experience doing facial, microdermabrasion, peels and bodywork. 

Prepared to receive Colon Hydrotherapy Training & Certification

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving services and product goals.

Responsible for client retention delivering the highest level of customer service and to be in compliance with MWS guidelines. 

Perform comprehensive consultations on clients to analyze and tailor customized treatment programs using the system guidance.

Become an expert on product and service offering.

Educate clients on the best course of actions to address health/skin concerns promoting our product and service offerings.

Develop a home care regime, cross-promote services, and upgrade service while maintaining high ethical standards.

Perform all MWS treatments in scope of practice in accordance with protocol, operational and safety guidelines.

Responsible for accurate charting of client progress notes in a timely manner. Clear, consistent patient photographs will be taken upon first visit as required and continued, through the treatment process.

Report adverse clients’ reactions simultaneously to the Branch Manager

Maintain back bar inventory and capital equipment, treatment rooms, and common areas adhering to safety, health regulations and sanitation policies of OSHA.

Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and Management to ensure the highest level of customer service, retention and optimization of scheduling.

Responsible for maintaining current license and will attend staff training, events ,trade shows for professional growth.

Assist /participate in events as needed with the purpose of enhancing practice revenue and expanding new client base.

Weekends are a Must

Pay:

$18.00 – $26.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications. All estheticians are available for commissions on top of hourly pay.
