La capa interior es una tira est\u00e9ril y puede retirarse en <\/span><b>7 d\u00edas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la capa exterior es un ap\u00f3sito impermeable y puede retirarse en <\/span><b>5 d\u00edas.<\/b><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Recomendamos colocar una bolsa de hielo en la zona de inserci\u00f3n un par de veces durante unos 20 minutos cada vez durante las 4 o 5 horas siguientes a la inserci\u00f3n. Puede continuar para la hinchaz\u00f3n si es necesario. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aseg\u00farese de colocar algo entre la bolsa de hielo y las vendas o la piel. No coloque bolsas de hielo directamente sobre la piel desnuda.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> No tome ba\u00f1os de tina ni se meta en un jacuzzi o piscina para <\/span><b>7 d\u00edas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Puede ducharse pero no frote la zona hasta que la incisi\u00f3n est\u00e9 bien cicatrizada (unos 7 d\u00edas).<\/span><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> No realizar ejercicios importantes en la zona de la incisi\u00f3n durante los pr\u00f3ximos <\/span><b>7 d\u00edas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto incluye correr, el\u00edptica, sentadillas, estocadas, etc. Puedes hacer trabajo moderado de la parte superior del cuerpo y caminar.<\/span><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El bicarbonato s\u00f3dico que contiene el anest\u00e9sico puede hacer que la zona se hinche durante 1-3 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/li>\n\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La zona de inserci\u00f3n puede resultar inc\u00f3moda durante 2 \u00f3 3 semanas. Si hay picor o enrojecimiento puede tomar Benadryl para aliviarlo, 50 mg. por v\u00eda oral cada 6 horas. Precauci\u00f3n: puede causar somnolencia.<\/span><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Es posible que aparezcan hematomas, hinchaz\u00f3n o enrojecimiento en la zona de inserci\u00f3n, que pueden durar desde unos pocos d\u00edas hasta 2 \u00f3 3 semanas.<\/span><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Es posible que note una decoloraci\u00f3n ros\u00e1cea o sanguinolenta del vendaje exterior. Esto es normal.<\/span><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si sangra por la incisi\u00f3n, aplique presi\u00f3n firme durante 5 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n&nbsp;\n \t<li><b> Por
